  • Mediation services for health care and other related issues; medical malpractice, general liability and personal injury matters, employment related matters.

  • Arbitration hearings

  • Advising businesses and institutions in appropriately responding to accidents and unexpected injurious events caused by business practices.

I believe that as a mediator, my role is to foster innovative solutions. I serve the participants, and they most often are fulfilling their own respective obligations to another. In order to be meaningful, solutions must be created through understanding and built on integrity and trust. To get to that point, I believe in thinking differently, challenging the bar, taking a little extra time and going one step further to understand the parties' perspective and their respective interests. By doing so, I can help each side to make more effective legal decisions. In the end, this approach can lead to closure and cost savings.
