Kathleen Sheehan was born in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1956 and graduated from University of Massachusetts (B.A., 1978) and from Western New England College School of Law (J.D., 1981). She was admitted to practice in 1981. She has been an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has served as Counsel for the Community Development Office of the City of Springfield. She has also served on the Springfield Arts Lottery Council and on the Springfield Parking Authority. Attorney Sheehan has also been a member of the Adjunct Faculty, Springfield College School of Business. She has been designated on a closed panel as a Construction Law expert by a nationally known insurance carrier. Present areas of concentration: Products and General Liability, Construction Law, and Liquor Liability. Other areas of practice include: Medical Malpractice and Government and Municipal law.
